I guess these will be our choices under the new health care plan. I like that you threw Dr. No in there. Dr. Evil would have been a nice addition too.

Happy MM!

Priceless selections. Nice glimpse of "change" and the brave new world. Had to look up Mr. Humphry though.

Happy Mute Monday!

I have always been worried about dentists since I saw Laurence Olivier playing Mengele in Marathon Man. I cannot hear someone say chianti without hearing Dr Lector and his 'Fava beans... f-f-f-f-f-f-f-f'. Good take x

Boxer -Babe,

I thought ALL dentists looked like HL!!!!

Troll Y2K,

heh--yup. A vision of thangs to come. Looky, what is the point of control of health care? To claim the need fer rationing..point of rationing? To thin the population (via the passive euthanasia of 18 month wait to see a doc) of all us'uns (who can't afford the rising cost of private premiums since the gubmint drove it through the roof.

Notice how the O makes darn shure his ambulance chasin' lawyer/ donors is protected from caps on punitive damages? So, uh, see the squeeze? What person in they right mind would be a doc with liability insurance runnin' over a 100 K per year afore ya look down the first throat. An' now to have the gubmint watchers tellin' ya waht ya can or cain't do fer the patient? Yeah--guess who the new breed of gubmint doctors will be?

Joanna Cakey-Pie,

ya scare me! Why oh why ain't Americans listenin' to their Brit-buddies who keep on warning us???

Moi,

if only we had elected MOI for President!!

FC,

thanky! As fer Granny--well, her own doc said it were a good thang she timed her troubles fer now--afore they cut folks in her shape off the list.

I appreciate that ya' as't about Granny--she is "stable but fragile" in a rehab center. She is alternately sweet or feisty--the body hurting, the mind is fine.

PamOKC!

Hey lady--how is yore sis???? ya inspired me.
