This was a wonderful interpretation. Kind of bittersweet because of all the love those Christian soldiers showed those kids will be countered day-after-day at the mosque. Most will end up as enemies of America and go to hell.

Happy Mute Monday!

AH, yes, Troll-Man. But then, the servants are not greater than the Master. Jesus was spat upon and crucified by folks whose chillen's He had healed, those who was fed by His hand, those whose leprosy was healed. It is always easier to hate than to love.

Especially touching with what happened at Fort Hood this week. My nephew reported for duty there the day AFTER that happened. Blessings to you Auntie on this MM.

oh Auntie. This has moved me to subtle tears. Counting my blessings that my cousin was not at Ft. Hood when that shooting attack happened.(he reported for duty the following day) My friend, however, was not as fortunate. Her cousin was one of the ones shot and is still in ICU.

Happy MM.

3 service men were on my flight home. They were allowed to leave the plane first and received applause and "thank you" as they walked up the aisle. It touched me.

Great picks. Happy MM!

Very sad MM today. "All gave some but some gave all" was never truer.

On a happier note, I knew someone was going to do ET. Probably the most famous movie touch of them all.
Happy MM!

Very beautiful post Aunty. The gentle touch of a warrior is an all too often overlooked aspect of their strength of character and purpose.
Bravo! on a message well said.

Nicely done, Aunty. Exceptionally bittersweet Mute Monday, given not only what happened at Ft. Hood on Friday (my condolences to Pam and Kym), but what continues to happen in Iraq and Afghanistan. We should never, ever think of our soldiers as disposable. Unfortunately, I can't help but think an "extra 40,000" is just that to so many in the Dept. of Defense. Numbers thrown at a problem with no hope of a solution.

perfect. thinking about yours and trolls comment...this fort hood thing.

once again, the open arms and acceptance results in letting a guard down on something that wont ever accept that grace. we should always hear what is said and take them at their word.

"i feel more muslim than american"

really? heres an honorable discharge. good bye. no. instead he works at the hospital. wow leon panetta head of intelligence with no experience! very nice.

happy MM aunty.
