Very clever! I'm going to zip on over to zippo's website to see more. Ain't just us oldsters owned zippos. Most veterans had one. The pentagon frowns upon disposable butane lighters.
Love it! One of my treasured vintage possessions is a turquoise and white zippo Newport cigarette lighter from the 60s. I used it when I was a smoker many, many moons ago.
these bring back memories.
someplace i have a very cool one from my brother..
i looked for it earlier but it's not in the place i thought it ought to be.
These are so cool! Brings back many memories! Happy MM!
Oh! Oh! I love this. Very clever. And those are some extremely cool Zippos. Happy MM!
Excellent, Aunty! Zippos always make me think of my Father...he had quite a collection! Happy MM!
Nice take.
I've got a couple of Zippos laying around. In my smoking days, that's all I used.
(Butane lighters were not allowed on submarines.)
When I smoked, there was no better way to torch than to use a Zippo.
The only problem is that eventually I would lose them and replacing rare or unusual Zippo's was somewhat costly.
Cool zippyness for your MM.
what a collection! the prince is just quittin' that dirty habit, and getting rid of his zippos! nice take, aunty bee!
AAHAHA Very funny! You are one witty person :D I love those. I don't smoke, but they're pretty!
i remember. famous lifting of a zippo was in the first die hard movie. i like the lab and guitar best. happy MM!!
Fabulous MM! I dont think Ive ever had a disosable lighter - not being a smoker - but it makes me want one :)
